Hello. Today I tried registering to get some online matterial for a class I am taking. Though I was successful I noticed that I couldn't get to the matterials themselves, such as the online EBook. Shortly afterwords while on here, I noticed that when I try to click on a profile from the home page, it does the same thing. About a half a second after I click on a user name, it makes a click. I hit insert escape to try and update the screen and it was still on the home page, but I heard an audio ZBP tag on one of the profiles after I hit control enter, and it still displayed the home page. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Ok, I sort of caught a break. I found out that after I hit control enter on a link it opens in a new tab, but in order to get to it I have to hit control tab. I didn't have to do that before; it would open it up automatically and jump me to the page. How do I change that back?

I don't know if you can. I think that changed when the browser upgraded. This is what I know at least.

If you are talking IE it had a glitch. I suspect it will straighten out. If not reset the browser.

No. It was weird yesterday. Did it fix?

No, it's still actually doing it. I should have checked before my hopes went up.

Do you have any sort of popup blocker turned on ?

Go to tools, then options. Under general, go to tabbed browsing settings and then check the box for always switch to new tabs when they are created. Hit okay a few times and it should work like a charm.

Yes as Anthony says, or reset it as I suggested.

I reset the browser and the problem is fixed, and I also upgraded. I haven't noticed any significant differences yet. Thanks again.
